Doctoral training is organized within the Doctoral School of Science and Technology (EDST) of the Lebanese University.
The EDST organizes doctoral training and prepares candidates for their professional integration. It provides doctoral students with a multidisciplinary culture within the framework of a coherent scientific project.
The EDST ensures the quality of doctoral supervision through research units and teams and ensures compliance with the thesis charter. It enables doctoral students to prepare and defend their thesis under the best possible conditions.
Thesis topics reflect the short and medium-term scientific policies of the research units. The EDST also contributes to the funding of specific training related to certain research modalities.
